General Terms and Conditions (GTC) as of: April 2024
1. Scope
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all legal transactions concluded via the online shop www.maryvo.ch (hereinafter referred to as "online shop").
The online shop is operated by MARYVO .
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract with MARYVO is concluded as soon as a customer’s order has been accepted in the online shop (hereinafter “sales contract”).
3. Order changes
3.1 Requests for changes will only be accepted after conclusion of the contract if MARYVO can still implement such a change with a reasonable amount of effort based on the status of the preparatory work and will only be deemed to be accepted if MARYVO confirms this in writing.
3.2 Once an online order has been placed, the customer cannot make any changes to the order.
3.3 Order changes are subject to a charge. Each change will result in an invoice surcharge of at least CHF 10.
3.4 In the event of cancellations, a handling fee of 20% of the cancelled order value or at least CHF 20 will be charged.
3.5 The costs for any preparatory work carried out will be invoiced to the customer in full.
4. Return / exchange and order cancellation
Return or exchange of delivered products is excluded. Since our goods are high-quality products that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded if returned, there is no right of cancellation with regard to this contract. This also applies in particular to packages that are specially put together according to customer specifications or to products that are manufactured at the customer's request.

At MARYVO, we attach great importance to the freshness and quality of our products and only use natural raw materials. We consistently avoid chemical additives, preservatives and foreign flavors.
6. Payment methods
To make the payment process as easy as possible for you, we offer a variety of payment methods:
- PayPal: Pay safely, easily and quickly - and it's free. PayPal payments arrive quickly so we can ship the goods immediately.
- Credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard & Maestro): Pay conveniently by credit card.
- Twint: Pay conveniently via Twint.
7. Delivery conditions
7.1 Deliveries are made at the customer's expense. Delivery, packaging and shipping costs are shown separately on the invoice.
7.2 MARYVO shall not be liable for transport damage or damage resulting from improper storage of the goods after they have been taken over by the customer or his assistants.
7.3 MARYVO shall not be liable for undeliverable or delayed delivery of the goods due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, absence of the recipient or unforeseeable problems with the post office.
8. Prices
Prices are quoted including VAT.
9. Data Protection
The data protection declaration, which is available at www.maryvo.ch/datenschutz , applies to the processing of personal data by MARYVO .
